Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during transit, or do not match the specifications confirmed in the quotation. Items must be in unused condition with original packaging.

Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-ordered products, items purchased in bulk with special pricing, and products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return or refund.
